About the Role
As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Spenat Labs, you'll build and scale the infrastructure that powers our AI agents. You'll ensure our systems meet the strict reliability and security requirements of enterprise utility customers while enabling rapid iteration by our engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure for AI workloads
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.)
- Monitor system performance and implement reliability improvements
- Work with engineering to optimize AI inference infrastructure
Requirements
- 5+ years of DevOps/SRE/Platform engineering experience
- Deep expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern CI/CD tools
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure is a plus
