About the Role

As GTM Lead at Spenat Labs, you'll own our go-to-market strategy and execution. You'll be responsible for building our sales pipeline, closing deals with mid-size utilities, and establishing Spenat Labs as the leader in AI-powered utility operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute our go-to-market strategy for the utility sector
  • Build relationships with decision-makers at mid-size power and gas suppliers
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Work with product and engineering to translate customer needs into product requirements
  • Establish partnerships with industry consultants and system integrators

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Track record of closing enterprise deals ($100K+ ACV)
  • Experience selling into utilities, energy, or regulated industries preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build processes from scratch
