About the Role
As GTM Lead at Spenat Labs, you'll own our go-to-market strategy and execution. You'll be responsible for building our sales pipeline, closing deals with mid-size utilities, and establishing Spenat Labs as the leader in AI-powered utility operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute our go-to-market strategy for the utility sector
- Build relationships with decision-makers at mid-size power and gas suppliers
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Work with product and engineering to translate customer needs into product requirements
- Establish partnerships with industry consultants and system integrators
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Track record of closing enterprise deals ($100K+ ACV)
- Experience selling into utilities, energy, or regulated industries preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build processes from scratch
