About the Role
As an Agent Builder at Spenat Labs, you'll be at the forefront of creating AI agents that transform how utility companies operate. You'll work closely with customers to understand their workflows and build intelligent agents that automate complex operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents for utility operations including billing, customer support, and pricing
- Collaborate with energy domain experts to understand utility workflows and pain points
- Build robust integrations with existing utility systems (CRM, billing platforms, etc.)
- Iterate rapidly based on customer feedback and production metrics
- Contribute to our agent framework and tooling
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI/ML systems
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills
- Ability to work directly with customers and understand business requirements
- Bias for action and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
